What are recumbent bikes and their advantages?

What are recumbent bike categories?

Usually the seat is bigger and more comfortable to make the riding a fun, safe and at the same time still enjoy the speed. After a long time riding, there's no muscle soreness at all even for a new rider. Some people have the nick name " bent " for it.

There are ASS (above seat steering) and USS (under seat steering) types.Also there are different styles of recumbents. The most noticeable difference between the different styles
is the length of the bike. There are long wheel base (lwb), short wheel base (swb), compact long wheel base bikes (clwb), trike and tandem.

How to find your X-Seam?

How to set up the boom tube for your X-Seam?

The recumbent bike fits height of 5'2" to 6'5", and the X -Seam
is about 38"-50". The front boom tube adjusts in and out via two hex nuts for easy setup for your X-Seam.

X-Seam of 38"-42", adjust the boom tube for setting of short.
X-Seam of 43"-46", adjust the boom tube for setting of medium.
X-Seam of 47"-50", adjust the boom tube for setting of long.

Sit flat on the floor with your back against the wall and measure from the wall to the bottom of your feet. Hold your feet 90 degrees to the floor. Be sure your back is against the wall and your legs are flat on the floor.
